Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Most projects bill 30% on kickoff, 30% on design sign-off, 30% on launch, and 10% after the 30-day stabilization. Care plans bill monthly.

Hosting, premium plugin licenses, and third-party app fees are pass-through. We help you choose them and we negotiate when we can. We never mark up infrastructure.

Are care plans required?

No. They're recommended. WordPress and Shopify both quietly degrade without maintenance, and care plans pay for themselves in the first incident they prevent. We won't pressure you, and we'll help you brief an alternative provider if you'd prefer.

Do you offer discounts?

We discount for nonprofits and for client referrals. We don't discount for 'visibility' or 'case studies' — we're at the stage where that doesn't help us.
